Abercrombie & Fitch seeks a highly skilled and experienced MERCHANDISE MANAGER EMEA to join its team in the role of Buying Director for Fashion Retail. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or buying, preferably in apparel, and a passion for fashion retail and customer research.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading merchandise buys and distortions for relevant departments, leveraging EMEA customer preferences and advancing regional business strategy while preserving brand identity and priorities. They will also create high-level architecture for EMEA-exclusive product assortment, ensuring items are consistent with overall brand strategy and identity, and will be top volume drivers in the EMEA assortment.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales analysis and financial metrics that relate to your business, as well as a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed by the department. A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners is also essential to achieving the vision of the brand.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
