LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Manager. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations matters in alignment with legislation and business requirements.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relation issues, considering current employment law and best practices.- Conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures, investigations, and other HR processes, including coaching other team members in these areas.- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
