Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and flexible Founders Assistant to support our Founder, Penny, in managing her time and priorities. This role will involve a wide range of activities, from research and diary management to systems and tech, marketing, people operations, finance, events, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Support Penny in research and market mapping, as well as redesigning external processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee onboarding of new staff, ensure systems are up-to-date and utilized effectively, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Transferable skills in managing difficult situations, stakeholders, and complex projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high workload, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, MS 365, and social media.
