What We Offer
We are searching for an experienced or aspiring Associate for our Search Funds. As an Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio or become an Associate of an existing company within our portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and Grow a Business

- Be fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations.
- Key Qualifications

- A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people.
- Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimize.
- Min. a bachelor or master's degree with great results.
- Top-tier academics, maybe with an MBA.
- 3-7 years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, start-up, or company.
