About This Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Amiosec. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide exceptional customer support services to our clients, ensuring prompt resolution of their queries and issues.

Remuneration: Our salary package includes a competitive base salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, reflecting your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via multiple channels
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or managers as required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of service desk experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and software applications
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and knowledge management tools
  • ITIL certification or working knowledge
