Key Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming issues, queries, and help requests from end-users
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line incident management support
  • Fulfilling service requests such as information requests or new hardware requests
  • Hardware provisioning activities
  • Supporting the Major Incident Management Process
  • Creating and updating process documentation and user guides
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Service Desk environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and online
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Experience using computers with either Windows, Linux, or Mac-based applications
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset
