Care Services Director

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Care Services Director to join our team in Fakenham. The successful candidate will have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care and experience working within the care sector at management level.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care standards.
- Overseeing CQC/CIW registration and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow carer numbers.
- Identifying new business opportunities to support commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
