The Role: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in Coventry. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Service Development:
    • Ensure that all services are delivered in a person-centered manner, focusing on the unique needs, wishes, and aspirations of each individual.
    • Develop and implement engaging activities and support plans that promote personal growth, independence, and community integration.
    • Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance opportunities for individuals we support.
  • Team and Resource Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated support workers to provide exceptional care and support.
    • Ensure effective roster management and resource allocation to meet the needs of individuals we support.
    • Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Communication Excellence:
    • Foster open communication channels with individuals we support, their families, and external partners.
    • Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and equal opportunities for all.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
