The Job Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Planning Director for Global Animal Health.

As a key member of our Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product and long-term supply strategy for our new and existing Aqua business portfolio across the world, aligned with our Global Animal Health strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans for product life cycles
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Ensuring successful launch strategies through effective collaboration across functions

You will lead Launch Supply Execution teams and work closely with Global Marketing, Research and Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to align on strategic objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to significantly influence cost, quality, customer service, and compliance within our Aqua business, directly impacting commercial outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive and diverse experience in an international manufacturing organization with multiple locations and a wide range of products, leading to strongly developed cross-functional skills and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Proven track record and ability to effectively lead a cross-functional matrix team in the development and execution of complex strategies and projects, working with geographically diverse teams to foster accountability and achieve measurable results

You will also need to be living near one of the locations mentioned above and willing to travel globally on occasion.

Compensation

We offer an attractive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus benefits including hybrid work arrangements and a valid driving license requirement.
