Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Administrator to join our team at Shepherd & Woodward.

As a key member of our administration staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial functions of our business.

Established in 1877, Shepherd & Woodward has been supplying Academic Gowns and Robes to Oxford University for over 150 years. Our expertise in Academic regalia makes us the go-to supplier for students, Fellows, Tutors, and Don's at Oxford University.

With our extensive knowledge of Academic attire, we provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the finance team with data entry and maintenance
  • Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
  • Maintaining accurate records and files

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of financial concepts and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

Salary: £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
