School Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join our new therapeutic SEMH school in Richmond. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school's front office and assisting with key school functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the front office and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Supporting the headteacher and staff with scheduling, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensuring the school's policies and procedures are followed
  • Organising school events and trips

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service or a front-of-house role
  • Proficiency in using the Arbor system and CPOMS
