Individual Development Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Individual Development Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, promoting their independence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Organize and participate in social and community outings, fostering engagement and connection among service users.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social work.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a support capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
