Football Centre Operations Manager

Are you passionate about football and sports? Do you have a knack for leadership and team management? We're seeking an exceptional Football Centre Manager to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd.
About the RoleAs a Football Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art 5-a-side arenas. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Performance: You'll work closely with our finance team to achieve financial KPIs, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience: You'll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with customers, team captains, local schools, and football coaches to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Staff Management: You'll lead a team of internal staff, including reception, referees, and other support staff, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management position, preferably in a sports or leisure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Strong organizational and management skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
