About the Role

This Corporate Finance Controller position requires someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry. As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to the development of our corporate strategy, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize our financial performance.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure alignment with our company goals and objectives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different departments. As a result, you will enjoy a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support business decisions.

- Develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts to guide business strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial challenges.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in accounting and credit management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems.

**Salary & Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as flexible working hours, a competitive pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
