Care Management Specialist

I am working with Domus Recruitment, a leading provider of homecare services in the UK. The company is looking to recruit an experienced Care Manager to lead their team and promote high-quality care for clients.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annumThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a strong background in leadership and management.
Responsibilities:- To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors.
- To promote the highest standards of person-centred care.
- To maintain the accuracy of data across all relevant platforms.
- To manage clients' care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
- To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
- To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Deputy Manager in homecare.
- Must be willing to work toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own car.
