Logistics Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the leadership team in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of over 45 Drivers and Warehouse Operatives.
  • Ensure the site, yard, and fleet are consistently clean, organized, and safe to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Take responsibility for managing personnel, processes, performance, well-being, and workplace culture.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal condition.
  • Lead the implementation and adherence to health and safety policies, training programs, and governance.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving operational issues and minimizing customer impact.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. We welcome applicants with experience in warehouse management, fleet management, and team leadership.

Requirements:
