Key Responsibilities:
- Load parcels onto the vehicle at the depot, ensuring everything is properly secured for transportation.
- Execute a predetermined delivery and collection schedule, adhering to strict time management practices.
- Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle safely and efficiently, following all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for customers during collections and deliveries.
- Accurately document all transactions and maintain thorough records of deliveries and collections.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the relevant supervisors or managers promptly.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in optimal condition, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- A valid 7.5T (C1) licence
- Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) accreditation
