We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work closely with customers, including children and their parents, to ensure they feel supported and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Communicate with customers, including children and their parents, to ensure they feel supported and achieve their goals
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
