As a Swim Teacher, you'll be responsible for teaching swimming to children and adults, communicating with parents and guardians, and ensuring customer safety. To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to work closely with customers, and a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Teach swimming to children and adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
• Communicate with children's parents/guardians concerning their development and advise on their progression
• Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
• Develop and maintain excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers
