We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to customers, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of swimming techniques, safety protocols, and customer needs.
- Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- DBS check.
