We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work closely with customers, including children and their parents, to ensure their safety and progression through our swimming programme.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Communicate with customers and their parents/guardians to discuss their development and progression
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds to ensure their safety and discipline
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
