About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and expand market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to our company's success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for the timely delivery of products and services, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience with a strong understanding of the food industry and its trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving results, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
  • Self-motivated nature and results-driven approach to take ownership of tasks and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet customer needs and nurture relationships face-to-face.
