We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team as a Junior Sous Chef at The Sprowston Manor Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic kitchen environment, contributing to the success of our hotel.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food quality, creativity in menu planning, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and producing meals to the highest standards, assisting with menu planning, and developing your team members. You will also manage food deliveries and stock control, ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including career development opportunities, staff discount rates, and free meals on duty.
