About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cosmo's dynamic team as our new Master Kitchen Manager

As the key holder of our culinary operations, you will oversee the smooth running of our kitchen, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality food and excellent service to our discerning customers.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective kitchen systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
