About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team at SkyShowtime. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reporting on the financial performance and planning for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the consolidation of SkyShowtime's annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts, preparing high-level financial information for senior management.
  • Assist in the annual long-range strategic planning process with insightful variance analysis.
  • Deliver high-quality, Board-ready presentations that summarize data and performance in a concise manner, informing strategic decision-making at the highest level.
  • Manage robust financial models for SkyShowtime cash planning and reporting, working capital and forecasting, assessing and monitoring the company's liquidity.
  • Assist in the preparation of Month End Shareholder reporting, working closely with Commercial Finance and Finance Operation teams to understand variance drivers and develop a clear narrative of SkyShowtime's finance results, highlighting relevant risks or opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, prioritize work effectively, and enable the delivery of high-quality work at pace.
  • Support on ad hoc requests as needed.
Requirements
  • A part-qualified or newly qualified finance professional with experience working in a FP&A team capacity.
  • Insightful financial analysis that creates value, demonstrates sound judgment, and high-quality presentational skills.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • A strong eye for detail and knowing your numbers.
  • Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Excel) and experience of preparing analysis, insight, and turning into recommendations.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Looking for better ways of doing things and proactively taking ownership to see things through.
  • An ability to work independently within a controlled and process-driven environment.
