About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our global media business in Central London. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in producing analysis for strategic decision-making and partnering with senior leadership to provide accurate information.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management and the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including cost reduction and investment plans, to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with managers to forecast capital expenditure spend per project and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including board packs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategy.
  • Communicate complex financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders, using tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Support the FP&A function in providing high-quality financial information and analysis to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professional with 0-2 years of post-qualified experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tell a story and explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with non-finance staff and ability to adapt communication style accordingly.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis tools and software, such as PowerBI or Tableau.

Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus bonus.
