We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team at Sleeping Giant Media. As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
You will work closely with our Strategic Account Managers and the wider Paid Team to develop strategies that maximize ROI and drive growth for our clients. Your primary focus will be on launching, managing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, ensuring they align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to build and optimize campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance, track budgets, and provide regular performance reports to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and the Paid Team to develop strategies that maximize ROI and drive growth.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and client communications by offering clear, actionable updates and insights.
Requirements:
- Experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Google Ads certification (Search and Display) is a plus.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £23,400 to £26,000 depending on experience.
