Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Sleeping Giant Media. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct keyword and audience research to build and optimize campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance, track budgets, and provide regular performance reports to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and the Paid Team to develop strategies that maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive growth.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and client communications by offering clear, actionable updates and insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of paid media experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- 1.5 years experience with Google Ads.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing campaigns on Google (mandatory) and Meta (mandatory); Microsoft experience is a plus.
- Budget management, account optimizations, and varying strategy experience.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Google Ads certification (Search and Display) is a plus.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is desirable but not essential.
