  • Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working with the Nurse Manager to oversee the care of a small caseload of clients with complex needs, such as ventilation, gastrostomy, and bowel management. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for inducting care assistants and support workers into their care packages, ensuring they possess the necessary clinical skills and receive relevant training.

Key Skills and Qualifications: A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, previous experience working with people who have disabilities and complex health needs, and the ability to attain a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years of employment.
