Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role

As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of swimmers, from beginners to advanced learners. You will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging lesson plans, and for providing feedback and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers
  • Provide feedback and guidance to our customers to help them improve their swimming skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and to be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
