Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing the Swim England framework
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting a love for swimming
  • Have a talent for teaching that meets the individual needs of our customers
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities

Requirements

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about swimming and teaching
