Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position, working up to 5 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £18.00, depending on experience. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities, and will be responsible for delivering one-to-one lessons or group classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that meet the needs of our customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of swimming lessons
- Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach to teaching.
