Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting a love for swimming and water safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for individuals and groups, catering to diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among swimmers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance lesson delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hold a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in swimming instruction and water safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
- Passion for swimming and water safety, with a commitment to promoting a love for the sport and a culture of safety.
