About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a Low Secure Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care, promoting recovery and well-being for service users.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in clinical audit and governance activities to ensure high standards of care.
  • Contribute to the development of the ward's care environment, promoting a culture of recovery and well-being.
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree or equivalent RN(MH) qualification.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health needs is desirable.
  • Ability to travel independently and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
