Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at MENTUS RECRUITMENT LTD. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC Pin, experience in an acute mental health setting, and the ability to work on shift/rota patterns. You will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users.
  • Behave in a professional and discreet manner at all times and in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
  • Be competent and confident in managing people with long-term health conditions.
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions/treatments for service users with complex needs.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid NMC Pin.
  • Ability to work on shift/rota patterns.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in an acute mental health setting.
What We Offer:
  • Hourly rates of pay from £20 per hour, paying up to £25 per hour depending on band and experience.
  • 12-hour shift patterns, working approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Weekend, evening, and night shifts available.
  • Overtime available.
