Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional person-centered care to males and females (18 and above) in our acute inpatient mental health service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification (Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse) and a valid NMC registration with no restrictions. You will also have a minimum of 1 year of mental health/acute/forensic/low-high secure/learning disability/NHS or private experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain professional development

Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification (Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse)
