We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon.

This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 20-25 hours of work across various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and take food and drink orders.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage accurate and efficient stock rotation.
  • Handle cash transactions using our EPOS system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
  • Assist with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and ability to drive are required for this role.
