We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon.
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 20-25 hours of work across various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Assisting with food and drink orders, clearing and resetting tables, and serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Managing accurate cash handling and stock rotation.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving license and the ability to drive are also required for this role.
