This is a permanent part-time position, working 20-25 hours across various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with clearing and resetting tables within the restaurant.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient stock rotation and cash handling.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage for this role.
