We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Corinthia Hotel London.

As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, preparation, and service of all bakery and pastry items, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.

You will deputise and ensure the smooth running of the food operation, including the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role and environment, who can lead and give clear directions in the absence of the head chef or sous chef.

Flexibility to work varied hours is essential, as well as demonstrable skills and creativity in all aspects of pastry, including sugar work, tempering chocolate, plated desserts, banqueting, and afternoon tea fancies and canapés.

A strong communication skill and passion to develop a career within luxury hospitality are also essential.
