A highly sought-after role has become available for a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join the Pastry Kitchen team at Change Hospitality, a renowned five-star hotel in Mayfair. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately £55k +.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and Senior Sous Chef to oversee the management of all food production for clients within the hotel.
  • Supervise the preparation of regular items, daily specials, and other special functions, including banqueting.
  • Inspect all food deliveries for quality and maintain close communication with the Purchasing Department.
  • Motivate and support team members by setting a good example and providing constructive feedback.
  • Accurately complete departmental timesheets, recording all absenteeism, sickness, holidays, and overtime.
  • Contribute to maintaining exceptional service standards in line with LQA requirements.
