Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing notices, and managing our office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Process quotations and letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner
- Perform general administration and office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Experience in a data processing role, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using various IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other software
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Able to work as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
