Job Overview: We are a leading private healthcare provider seeking experienced Patient Transport Service (PTS) / Ambulance Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting patients to and from healthcare facilities, requiring strong driving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe and efficient transportation services to patients
- Develop strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience with a full UK manual driving license (max 3 penalty points)
- FREC Level 3 or Ambulance Care Assistant Certificate (ACAC) preferred; assistance with qualification costs may be available
- Strong physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Enhanced DBS required (funding may be provided)
