We are seeking compassionate and reliable Patient Transport Service (PTS) / Ambulance Care Assistants to join our respected private healthcare provider specializing in patient transport and repatriation services.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong driving background who want to make a positive impact by assisting patients on their journeys to and from healthcare facilities. As an essential member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to patient care.
About the Role:
- Minimum 2 years' experience with a full UK manual driving license (max 3 penalty points)
- FREC Level 3 or Ambulance Care Assistant Certificate (ACAC) preferred; assistance with qualification costs may be available
- Strong physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Enhanced DBS required (funding may be provided)
- Compassionate, calm under pressure, responsible, and reliable personal attributes
