Maze Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 student with Autism in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide additional support to learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning
- Work closely with the class teacher to devise strategies for success
- Manage own case load and measure interventions to support young people
- Minimum of two years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in the UK
- Experience working with SEND Students, particularly Autism, Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour
- Excellent English and Maths skills, with strong communication and listening skills
The successful candidate will have a minimum salary of £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Maze Recruitment Group Ltd commits to Safer Recruitment and recruits to APSCo Compliance+ standards. Appointment subject to Enhanced DBS check and other safeguarding checks.
