Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Workplace Ability Evaluator. In this role, you will assess individuals and their disabilities or conditions affecting work life, drawing on your clinical expertise and producing accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).

Responsibilities and Requirements:
The successful candidate will be expected to meet with clients face-to-face and via telephone/video calls, demonstrating sensitivity, compassion, and upholding best practice standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining continuous professional development, ensuring they have the necessary IT skills and experience using a range of software. Additionally, they will commit to working at least three days per week in a part-time capacity.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from £37,500 to £43,000 per annum, plus an additional £2,000 after one year's service. Ongoing bonuses of up to 10% are also available, as well as a quality-related bonus of up to 10% once approved and eligible. Other benefits include 25 days of annual leave, registration fees paid, comprehensive training, full IT equipment provided for remote working, and employer-matched pension contributions.
