About the Role:

JAM IT Consultancy Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Support Manager to lead our technical operations team. As a seasoned IT professional, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, manage complex projects, and provide expert guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve technical capabilities and reduce costs.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and improvement, encouraging team members to propose new ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of server, workstation, and network infrastructure management.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.
