Construction Estimator

Mathewson Limited, a leading underfloor heating contractor/designer, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Located in the UK, this exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in winning new business by accurately calculating project costs, tracking expenses, and negotiating with suppliers. As an essential member of the Sales Team, they will provide detailed proposals to clients, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
A strong background in estimating, surveying, or tendering is required, along with excellent numeracy skills and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level qualification in a relevant subject area or have equivalent experience working within a similar role.
