Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead our Requirements Development team. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of the SSNA platform requirements set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the requirements set for the SSNA platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Ministry of Defence to ensure the requirements meet their needs.
- Lead and manage a team of requirements engineers.
- Ensure smooth transition from user needs to equipment and supplier levels.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Requirements Systems Engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with DOORS requirements management software is highly desirable.
