We are seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher to join our team at a Primary school in the East. As Behaviour and Pastoral Care Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the school's culture and ensuring students receive the best possible education.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement behaviour and pastoral care policies and procedures
- Support staff to develop their skills and knowledge in behaviour and pastoral care
- Collaborate with the Trust's governing body to inform strategic decision-making
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in middle or senior leadership
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- A supportive and collaborative working environment
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Temporary role with potential for extension
The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 - £55,000 per year.
